Funded traders must be set up with Riseworks before they can make a payout request (If you are a funded trader and have not been invited to onboard with Riseworks, please email support@tradeday.com to request an invite).
Funded Sim traders: If you want to request a payout, you can do so directly from your TradeDay dashboard. Log into your TradeDay account and make your request using the button ‘Request Withdrawal’, which is located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
If you are not eligible for a payout, the button will not appear.
Payout Process for Funded Sim accounts only:
Go to the Dashboard and click on Request Withdrawal
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
After you hit 'submit', you will see a confirmation message that the request has been received.
Payout requests received before 5:30 pm CT are processed within 24 hours (business days only).
After the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email instructing you to log into your Riseworks account to withdraw the funds.
Note: If you have a pending payout request and you submit another one, the new request will override the previous one.
Please note that for subscriptions taken before 00:01 on June 20, 2024, the minimum payout amount is $500, and you can withdraw at any time.
For subscriptions taken after 00:01 on June 20, 2024, the minimum payout amount is $250. However, accounts must have cleared the TMD, or “buffer,” before requesting a payout. Please see our payout policy here.
For Funded Live traders: Please request your payout via email at fundedtrader@tradeday.com
We will submit a request to Tradovate to transfer the funds from your account. When the funds have been moved from your live account, we will authorize the payout at Riseworks.
