If you have been unlucky enough to fail any of the evaluations, you can purchase a reset to restart the evaluation process immediately; the fee is as follows:

Alternatively, you can wait until your monthly membership renews, and we will be happy to auto-reset your account when we receive the renewal payment.
We automatically process this reset for traders who are not being evaluated when their payment goes through.
Please note that we only give auto resets if your account dashboard status when we receive the renewal payment is ‘NOT BEING EVALUATED’. The reset is not 'banked' to be used at a later date.
Important: A reset does not change your billing date. Your membership will continue to renew every 30 days on the same schedule.
