This is the process when a trader passes the TradeDay evaluation:
After 16.30 CT on the day the trader completes the evaluation, the trader will receive a notification email stating they have met the objectives of the evaluation and that the trading is being reviewed. We review the trading to ensure the trader has not violated the TradeDay evaluation rules or prohibited trade practices.
We aim to complete the review within 12 hours, but please allow up to one business day.
On completion of the review, we will:
Email the trader with the next steps to follow to complete your funded trading account setup.
Cancel the subscription to TradeDay and create lifetime access for the time the trader remains a funded trader with TradeDay.
Send the trader an invite to onboard with our Onboarding and Payments management partner, RiseWorks. To learn more about Riseworks, please click here.
TradeDay has a one-off activation/ setup fee for funded accounts. If you choose Funded Sim and graduate to Funded Live later by hitting $5k profits, you will NOT be asked to pay the activation fee again when receiving your Funded Live account.
TradeDay will monitor the progress and email the trader when the setup is complete.
If the trader chooses Funded Sim, we aim to complete this process within 12 hours after onboarding is complete with RiseWorks.
If the trader chooses Funded Live, we aim to complete this process within five business days. Note that the trader must pay the professional market data feed ($135 per month per Exchange) to trade a Funded Live account.
Please note that if we do not receive the completed account opening documents within 30 days, we will consider the Funded account opportunity closed, and you will not be able to use it later.
