If you have been unlucky enough to fail the evaluation, you can purchase a reset to restart the evaluation process immediately, this reset fee is $99.
OR, you can wait until your monthly membership renews and we will be happy to process a reset for you, as a courtesy.
We automatically process this reset for traders who are not being evaluated when their payment goes through.
Please note, that we only give courtesy resets if your account dashboard status on the day of membership renewal is ‘NOT BEING EVALUATED’. We do not 'bank' courtesy resets for use at a later date.
Recovering from losses is an essential skill you need to learn in order to become a successful trader. Traders who continually fail the evaluation on purpose on the day of renewal in order to just reset the evaluation are demonstrating their inability to recover from losses.
