This form appears when you log in to Tradovate for the first time. If you are already logged in to Tradovate and did not sign the form, please log out and log back in again (it will appear every time you log in until it has been signed).
After signing the form there can be up to a 5-minute delay in assigning market data. Please give it some time, and then refresh the trading screen page to get live market data.
Live market data contract symbols appear in white, delayed market data contract symbols appear in yellow.
If you have signed the market data form, logged into the simulation, and can see white, live market data for some products you are all set.
If you see yellow contract symbols with the delayed market, please check you have chosen the correct market data feed at sign-up for the products you want to trade.
