Yes, our rewards program is called Learn & Earn! You can earn points while you improve your trading by completing various achievements. Points can be redeemed for certain TradeDay shop items. Points cannot be used to purchase a subscription.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing various achievements on the TradeDay member’s site. You can view the full list and the criteria for each achievement below, or by navigating to the Learn & Earn tab on the TradeDay members site.
You can view your points total and a list of all of your completed achievements by navigating to your profile page on the TradeDay members site.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points the same way you would regularly purchase a product from TradeDay. Simply navigate to the shop menu and select "Learn & Earn Rewards Points" as your preferred payment option. One point is the equivalent of 1 USD, so the number of points required to purchase a specific item will be the same as the number of dollars. Please note that you must pay in full using points. You can purchase either a reset, an activation fee, or a market data feed change. You cannot use your points to pay for the monthly subscription fee.
What happens if I have completed some of the achievements prior to April 26th, 2024?
Unfortunately, we are not able to award achievements to users based on completion prior to April 26th, 2024. You will still be able to earn these achievements, but you will have to go through the process of completing them again in order to receive your rewards.
