What happens if I am billed on the day I pass?

TradeDay requires an active subscription when the End-of-Day report is run to update your dashboard and start the automation for onboarding the funded account.


Unfortunately, if you pass your evaluation on the same day as your monthly billing renewal day, there will be no refund if the payment is made before the End of Day.


The evaluation is not considered completed until the EoD process is run at 17.30 US CT.
