How do I change my billing information?

Please note that if you paid via a credit or debit card, you may update your payment method anytime (e.g. for expiring cards or switching to a different card) before the subscription renewal date.


You may do this once you have signed into our website:

Select your Initials > Profile > Membership.





If you paid with a PayPal account, you can update your PayPal account information. To do so, please go to PayPal.com, login and edit your account information there.


Please be aware that if you reach out to us before your subscription renewal is processed, we can help ensure that your subscription benefits continue without interruption. Please contact us at [email protected] 

However, we will not be able to assist once a subscription payment has failed.
