How do I change my billing information?

Please note that if you paid with credit or debit, you cannot change your payment information once your subscription has been set up.

If you paid with a PayPal account, you can update your PayPal account information. To do so, please go to PayPal.com, login and edit your account information there.


Kindly note that if you contact us before your subscription renewal is processed, we can assist with changing credit card details while maintaining subscription benefits. However, we will not be able to assist once a subscription payment has failed.


Additionally, if you need to change your credit/debit details, you may go ahead and cancel your current subscription and open a new one. If you need to maintain current subscription benefits or evaluation progress, please contact us at support@tradeday.com


We are currently working hard on solutions to allow users to change their payment details directly in the future.
