If a subscription payment fails, access to TradeDay gets suspended, however, the evaluation does not get shut down, and you will not lose your progress.
Please do not continue to take the evaluation while we are waiting on the payment or any PnL generated during this period will be forfeited.
Please contact your bank or credit card company to ensure the next attempt is successful.
Our payment processor(PayPal) will automatically attempt to process the subscription payment up to three times within the next 15 days. We have no control over this process.
If the payment is successful, access to TradeDay will be re-opened and you can continue to trade the evaluation from where you left off. If payment is not received the evaluation will be shut down permanently.
