For Credit/Debit Card Payments via the NMI Gateway:
The NMI gateway allows you to update your payment method anytime (e.g., for expiring cards or switching to a different card) before the subscription renewal date.
If a subscription payment fails on the renewal date, the subscription will be canceled and access to TradeDay will be closed.
If you would like to continue with TradeDay, you must purchase a new subscription.
If you do not want to lose progress on your evaluation, you may contact support@tradeday.com to request reinstatement of the trading permission after you have purchased the new evaluation.
For Credit/Debit Card via the Braintree gateway, Google Pay or Apple Pay Payments
The Braintree gateway allows you to update your payment method anytime (e.g., for expiring cards or switching to a different card).
If a subscription payment fails on the renewal date, the payment will retry again approximately 24 hours after. If it fails a second time, it will try again approximately 72 hours after.
- If the payment is successful, access to TradeDay will be reinstated, and you can continue trading from where you left off.
- If payment is not received after these attempts, the subscription will be cancelled and the evaluation will be shut down permanently.
For PayPal Payments:
If a subscription payment fails, access to TradeDay gets suspended. However, your evaluation progress remains intact.
PayPal will automatically attempt to process the subscription payment up to three times over the next 15 days.
If the payment is successful, access to TradeDay will be reinstated, and you can continue trading from where you left off.
- If payment is not received after these attempts, the subscription will be cancelled and the evaluation will be shut down permanently.
Important Notes:
During the payment retrying period, your position limits will be reduced to zero and you will be unable to continue trading until payment is received.
To avoid disruptions, ensure your payment method is valid and up to date.
